Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

We were literally very warmly welcome into this authentic home after a freezing bicycle ride in the mountains. Great hospitality of the family with delicious dinner and breakfast in a modest but comfortable house made this a high point in the adventure, that would otherwise be an very cold night in a tent. Nice guest house at quite part of Sevan. 15min walks from center, but it's worth. If you want a rest in Sevan, I recommend this guest house. Young couple are trying to be good hosts and they succeed.

One of the best guesthouses we have stayed in in our many travels! The hosts were super nice and the food they cooked for us was amazing. The room was super clean and cute. And a cute cat :-) It may seem lost in the middle of nowhere, but it is worth the detour!
