we loved our stay here! the host and his wife were so lovely and welcoming - you really feel at home. our room was great and even had a little lounge with a couch and tv. the place is spotlessly clean! the location is the best in town - there is a small shop across the street and lovely restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. we will stay here again without a doubt. we also loved the little cats!

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Amazing hosts,very friendly,3 times they brought me tasty Armenian food to my room for free,made me warm living room,I recommend everybody to stay at this guest House when you visit Sevan lake.They also rent a bycle,they have bycle with name Ferrari,amazing.
