Accommodation is absolutely perfect, very nice and comfortable, as well owners of the apartment are very friendly and professionals in their business, they are offering another services and are very helpful! Apartment is very close to slopes and lifts! I recommend Gästehaus Erika, hope will be occasion visit it again!

This is a real Austrian family guesthouse. The owners are extremely helpful. Although the room is not the newest, it is clean and well furnished. The access road is easily accessible even in heavy snow. The guesthouse is within walking distance of the cable car, McDonald's and an excellent Steakhouse... An good option if you want accommodation in the Haus area.

1. Excellent Service: They went out of their way to help with my special requests. They kindly stored my luggage and even heated up my food due to my specific needs. This hotel is extremely well located in Radstadt, just a minute's walk into the centre of the Old Town. We were three adult males travelling by bike and the hotel was able to provide us with secure overnight storage for the bikes, which was of great benefit to us. We booked an apartment for one night. The apartment was very spacious and totally suited our needs. We arrived at the hotel three hours prior to the alotted check in time. I sent the owner a message via WhatsApp and he attended the front door immediately and checked us in. After a number of hours cycling (over Obertauern Pass), this was very much appreciated as it allowed us to park the bikes and get showered etc before looking around the town. The cost of the apartment was reasonable and certainly compared well with other nearby accommodation houses. Breakfast however was not included. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel.

The staff of the apartman are really nice and kind. Annamária is truly a super manager of the resort with her husband. They were really thoughtful and always looked after to our child, for example they put a personal/cute animal printed table napkin on the table to our toddler. It is a child friendly resort, the apartman house even has a seperate playroom for children. The breakfasts were always colorful and healthy. The rooms were super clean and quiet, we did not hear the neighbours and slept like babies.

Gasthof is run by a family and you feel the family atmosphere here. It is located in the center of Radstadt, but during winter we were not bothered by any noise. The owners are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bathroom looked as it was refurbished lately. We highly recommend the restaurant, where disher were delicious and the service was extreamly nice and friendly. There is also a ski room for guests. We had a pleasent stay.

We loved our stay and the biggest plus is for sure the staff’s hospitality. We were treated nicely by Wolfgang, the owner, who made sure that we’re comfortable, and satisfied with our stay, wishes and needs. The breakfast is amazing, very homey and personal. The hotel is not far from the Radstadt city and is a nice 10/15 min walk to there. We were greeted everyday by Enzo and Knopf, two of the sweetest dogs ever.
