adorable hotel run by a lovely family that made our short stay great. Can't wait to return! the hotel is centrally located, 1 min away from the ski lift, 5 mins walk from the town center and 10mins away from the railway station the clean & cosy rooms are furnished with local furniture and have great Mountain View & comfy balconies. the breakfast is carefully prepared for each guest every morning by the lovely hosts, with homemade cakes and freshly cooked eggs. the family runs this hotel is awesome and always smiling making every guests stay relaxing.

I really like the hotel, it has a great location, clean & tidy, charming lake view, and most importantly the hotel manager Mr. Dirk Maes, he is super nice, caring, and really taking care of every detail. I enjoyed Zell am see and enjoyed staying at Magali’s.

The location is great, 500 m from the train station/lake. As we were 4 and rented two rooms on the same floor, some of the issues of sharing mentioned in other reviews were no problem for us. The well equipped kitchen meant we could cook and hang out at home one night. Be aware you are renting rooms in a house that in which there is also an apartment rented upstairs (I suspect more self contained) and that the hosts still use one room on the ground floor as an office (so will be coming in and out) and that there is another room on the ground floor used as storage (?). When we arrived the hosts' son was moving back to Zell am See and storing things in the room etc. So not ideal for a little private get away but nicely sized rooms in a good location.
