Great quiet location. Comfortable space, clean facilities and host has gone the extra mile supplying the little things like sunscreen, dishwasher, hair-dryer, etc. Awesome coffee shop a few minutes walk away on Brewer Road. Host Joe found the right blend of allowing privacy while offering attentiveness and easy communication if needed.

The overall environment is really good, which is very consistent with the photos. We are working with Bran himself shares an apartment The main sharing areas are the living room and kitchen, in which the bathroom and bathroom are independent, and our own room is also independent. Bran is very friendly and helpful😁 The location is very convenient, it takes 2 minutes to a tram station and 5 min to a.shopping center.

Deco Family House was a great choice for a short term stay in Melbourne! It is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and there are two parking spots, if you book in advance! The room was super clean and tidy and we loved the atmosphere at the house. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the possibility to make laundry.

We are two mothers who brought our children to Melbourne for a study tour, and we feel very lucky to have rented this house. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a spacious dining area and kitchen. Most importantly, the transportation is extremely convenient—grocery shopping, dining out, and getting around nearby are all hassle-free. Additionally, the neighborhood is very safe and has many parks nearby, which are perfect for kids to play in. Our landlord is incredibly kind and considerate; they looked after us and provided us with lots of great guidance and advice, making our trip easy and enjoyable. For families traveling with children, this is an excellent choice!
