Location. Comfy beds. Neighborhood was quiet. Lots of coffees provided. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, lots of clean plates, glasses and utensils. Has it's own parking spot in the front. But unfortunately a large truck parked overnight in half our spot, so had to go around 4 times looking for street parking. And since it was a Friday night, all the street parking were taken. Finally decided to ask the neighbor if we could park half our car on her driveway, which she let us with no problem. Thank you neighbor! Owners were very quick to respond to our emails.

Super hospitable, friendly hosts. They welcomed us with drinks which we enjoyed in their magnificent garden. The studio had everything we needed for the one night stay. It is self catering with a small kitchen, but downstairs there is a big communal space too. Bart gave us fresh produce from the garden and provided a barbecue on request. We had a wonderful dinner under the stars. Well positioned to visit Gent and Bruges - far from the maddening crowds.

the most welcoming hotel! Arrived a little early & was given a coffee in their social room while waited for room to be ready. they have a large social room where you can make coffee/tea, sit & have breakfast/lunch etc, microwave, fridge crockery all supplied. There's even an honesty bar. everything is immaculate. Location is perfect
