Nice staff. Fully equipped kitchen with common room. The pension is located 15 min by walk to bottom station of the ski lift. It is possible to arrange any individual transport with the staff. The nearest small supermarket is 50 m far from the pension, it's opening hour are 7 a.m. - 24 p.m.

Hosts are very nice and gave us a lot of good advice about where to go and where to eat. The yard was perfect for our 3 & 5 year old to play in. The family room is huge and well stocked with blankets, towels and toiletries. A great family house!

The apartment is very well located, warm, clean, modern, cozy and spacious for the four of us. It had all we needed for a few days. A fresh, well designed apartment. Our children loved the yard and we also had the opportunity to use the kitchen next to it and enjoy the snowy day.. The owners were very kind and would reply immediately to any of our queries.

Visited Bulgaria many times in several places all around the country. In most of the occasions we were very well accommodated and we felt vey welcome! Kadiyata Guest House in Bansko is definitely a place where we were more than welcome... Visited in April, just after the winter season has been finished and a couple of weeks before the summer season, and we found a very peaceful and relaxed town. Indeed some places were empty and closed but for us was exactly what we searched for... You could still find a lot of nice local restaurants and places to visit, but the entire atmosphere was quite relaxed and not crowded. The host was just like a charm! Spared no effort to make us like home, helped us to find places to visit or to chose some local goodies to bring home to our son. For which I can not thank her enough! Even though we were the only guests in that period she was there to give us all the details and help whenever we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a nice touch we found that was different in each of the three mornings we enjoyed there. The place is located in a pretty narrow street, in a very charming part of the town. You can reach it with your car with some care, but for parking you need to drive to the next square or on the neighboring streets. Not a deal breaker and for sure the area felt quite safe. All in all we highly recommend the place, and for sure plan to come back here sometimes. PS: She is working very hard to re-decorate and modernize their restaurant (механа) to be ready for this summer season, so it should become even better!

Very friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Needs modern electrical upgrade to do thing like charge mobile phones with USB wall sockets. The kind owner did lend me an adapter but dedicated standard USB wall chargers would be a great advance.

    My stay at Guest Rooms Vachin was a pleasant one. Nikolai is a great host and was very helpful. I had a request for an extension cable as there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom and he was very prompt in providing one. The room was clean and warm and I enjoyed my stay.
