The location is great, directly on the kite spot, there is a nice green grass area to pump and fold the kites, very friendly staff, helping with everything, nice bar with good prices, the food is also very good. To reach the center of Icarai it takes about 10-15 minites walking on the beach. You can go during the evening when it's dark.

The location, the bungalow, the privacy, the property. Felt as if you had your own private bungalow on an enormous grassy beach front property full of big old cashew, mango and palm trees. Really helpful and responsive service, even though there's no reception on site.
