Fernanda at the reception desk was amazing upon check in. There had been a problem with the booking but she did everything she could to help me and was great. Lovely woman 😊 The hostel itself is amazing too, it’s looks great is a great place to stay if you are coming to San Pedro. Location is excellent and is very central. Beds are really comfy and the cafe connected to the hostel has great coffee and food. 100% recommend to anybody who wants to have a great stay in San Pedro.

The staff are SO sweet and genuinely care about you. Maribel does everything she can to make you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met! I have never stayed at a place where the staff has been so welcoming and kind! The location is quiet, but very close to the busy area as well. I highly recommend this hostal :)

Nice clean room with useful storage. There is a fan but no A/C, so in the afternoons/early evening it gets quite hot inside. Shared bathrooms were clean with hot shower. Small kitchen area and cleaning facilities were also handy. The owner was also very friendly and nice.
