Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again. (The quality of the photos is not so good as I took a video, but Booking won’t let me upload this)

Excellent service from Lucian. Our flight was delayed until after midnight, and he stayed up to arrange transportation for us and check us in, and then arranged tickets for us for the following morning for Tianmen Mountain and gave us excellent advice on how best to do it. It’s very convenient to the cable car station, and has a really lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. All the staff members tried to do their best to make us feel comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds in the family room! Also, this hotel is located in the center of the city and Starbucks, KFC, and McDonald's are within walking distance. I strongly recommended this hotel!

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

10/10- Amazing stay near the airport with fantastic hospitality!​​ This B&B is perfect if you need easy access to the airport—just minutes away! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. The room was beautiful, with lovely local touches that made our stay extra special. The room has a high cost performance ratio, with good decoration and affordable prices. The room is very clean. The homestay has a good geographical location, close to Tianmen Mountain and the bus station. It takes only 12 minutes to walk and the transportation is very convenient. The lady who stays at the front desk is EXTREMELY nice and helpful and her husband is also super friendly and speaks English. She helped me book tickets and supported me in absolutely every request that I had (early check-in, late checkout, rescuing me after I got lost). Room is wide and clean, WiFi works perfectly. Comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo are provided. 10/10, wish I stayed there longer!

Our House was amazing value for money, the room was large and very clean. The owners were really welcoming and helpful, and the location was very close to the bus station for getting to the National Forest area.
