Location is excellent,very close to Tianmen Mountain. The rooms were great with a view to Tianmen Mountain, super clean, well equipped.The breakfast is delicious, The staff also helps book the park entrance tickets in advance. he picked us up from the airport,gave us a lot of useful suggestions.

Jenny is really amazing host. She helped us with everything from arranging transport, trips, tickets, food, practically all we asked about. Her english is good so comunication is smooth - that is biiig plus. Accomodation is central located, near bus station and Tianmen Mountain cable car station, also streets full of restaurants or shops one may need. Room was comfortable and spacious. There was nothing missing for our needs.

I liked everything, especially our dear Cherry, who speaks very well english and helped us a lot with everything we need, also taking tickets at good price for National Park and others,explaining what to do there. The location is few minutes walking from the entrance of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Lot of tasty and cheap food near hotel. Room clean, very nice, everyday change towels, give you free water, also coffee if you want. I am so happy i choose this one, and met her and her family. They are devotated and help you with all you need.Also help us book train tickets. Learn us how to come and go by bus, to be cheaper. It is 2 minutes from bus station. The area very nice to walk and enjoy. If i could, i would give more than 10.

Everything was great, Good location, The Property Manager Rebecca is very friendly, helpful, speaks English well (special thanks for her), the room is clean and size is very comfortable for solo or couple, generally it was really good experience, I would recommend the property for anyone coming to Zhangjiajie.

The staff was exceptional, he helped us a lot in finding the best route in the park for our needs. He also speak English and helped us on our next accommodation late check in. The location is perfect to enter the park through east gate.

The property is in a serene location. The design is simplicity, the swimming pool and our room looked just like on the pictures. The staff mostly doesn’t speak English, but with translator apps it was not a problem. They were very helpful and one even drove us to a restaurant and later picked us up again!

The owners were amazingly nice! Picked us up/dropped us off at the airport and Tianmen mountain, ordered ponchos when there was rain in the forecast, and generally went above and beyond at every opportunity! Building is hip and new, perfect location if you’re spending just one or two nights near Zhangjiajie, with beautiful views of Tianmen.
