The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel at home from the very start. She arranged a horseback riding tour for me and assisted with everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent. The room was small and simple, but for the price, it was a great value. Highly recommended!

Right in the centre of the plaza! Drinks overlooking the plaza was a highlight of our trip. The room is huge! And absolutely gorgeous! Such great value for money. Hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Excellent communication. Dioney is the sweetest! Daniel and everyone at the property are also incredibly kind. The place is wonderful—waking up to the sound of birds singing is truly unmatched. It’s very clean, with a great atmosphere when other travelers are around. They have everything you need to feel at home. The showers and toilets in the shared room are very clean and modern, located next to the soothing sound of a nearby creek. The design and décor are beautiful. I didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked delicious. The location is just a few minutes from the center of Jardín by tuk-tuk. There’s so much to see and do in town and in the surrounding area. Highly recommended. Dioney helped me recovering a card I left in the atm and was always making sure I was doing okay, in general. Thank you so much for all your kindness, Dioney and Daniel!

I loved this place! I was the only person here during my stay and it was so close to the main square of Jardin. I can't wait to return and stay here again, everything was amazing! The bed was comfy and the privacy was great. The cleaning lady was so nice and the place was very clean. The host responded quickly to me via whatsapp (using the number found on google!) I was worried about this after reading other reviews, but this was not an issue for me although I arrived pretty late at night. I was so happy to be able to enter via lockbox and had no issues!

Gloria was so helpful and friendly. It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .

Amazing owners! The the owners are a couple who also lives in the building. They were extremely helpful and kind, and made our stay in Jardin perfect. When we arrived, they asked us what we wanted to do in Jardin and called people they knew to fix transportation etc for us. We ended up with a very cheap private tour for the waterfalls and coffee finca. This hostel is worth so much more than the price! It seems like the owners run this hostel because they love it and not to earn anything. Breakfast was also delicious!
