This place is 11/10. Hosts are the kindest people with passion for their farm and the food they prepared for us was just perfect. Also pictures don't show that well how beautiful the apartment with it's views is. Highly recommend.

Everything you need and more! The host is wonderful, so nice and accommodating. We were able to tour the property to see all sorts of beautiful birds and monkeys, plus she offered some fresh vegetables from her huge garden and made delicious breakfast. It’s super close to the park with multiple point of views of the way. Fully equipped house with comfy beds in the middle of pure nature!

I travel a lot and spend a long time away from home, so cleanliness, comfort, and beauty around me are very important. I found all of this at La Tigra Mountain House. The beds are wide, the mattresses are comfortable. The hostess of the house is very attentive and caring. And I would like to highlight the view separately. It's fantastic!!! The Platanar and Porvenir volcanoes are visible as if in the palm of your hand. Sunrises, clouds running at eye level, and hovering birds attract and compel you to stop and enjoy life. In the morning, I tried to exercise, but it smoothly transitioned into meditation... As they say, it's better to see once than hear a hundred times!! Come and see for yourself. I recommend it...

The view from the apartment is extremely special, you have a completely undisturbed view into the valley and the cloud forest. Our host was very accommodating, advised us on many tours, took over the entire organization and was so kind in many ways. We would book again in a heartbeat. Right from the start I felt really welcome! The family is really helpful in every kind of way, and Sofia even showed me some nice places in town. The location is great, close to the center and has some nice views close by. The room is very comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend anyone staying here 😊
