The entrance is a bit underwhelming going around the back of the building but once activating the code lock and going upstairs to the apartment all was in order. The apartment of itself was roomy light and with a walk in shower with choice of 2 shower heads. Air con is simple to use although I enjoyed opening the sliding window to let in the air - safe to do so as there is a high glass retainer on the outside. Also there is an electric black out curtain that keeps out the early morning sun Also very appreciated was the free Netflix and set to English language. there were various other TV apps but I did not investigate them. The fridge is stocked and re-stocked with bottles of water Breakfast is down in the ground floor coffee shop and there is an extensive menu with large portions - very good value Close to an area of high class shopping and good eareries, and only a short walk to the old town. All in all a very good stay, friendly staff and quality accommodation. Colleagues chose to stay elswhere and having had a look we all will be staying there on our next visit.

The apartment is located in a quiet environment, yet at the same time close to the city center. I enjoyed the peaceful sleep there, as I don't like busy hotels. The apartment consists of one large room with a bathroom. The room has everything needed for one or two people. The interior designer paid attention to details, so despite the limited space, the kitchen had everything necessary for a short stay. Maybe a microwave oven would be a nice addition to warm up bakery products. There is an office desk, so one can work comfortably. There was water, orange juice, cream, and jam in the fridge. Additionally, there was a capsule coffee maker with coffee capsules and sugar. These are small costs for the owner, but for the guest, it's a very pleasant touch to have a coffee during the morning rush before leaving the apartment. One more comment: For men, there's no difference between turquoise and blue. What we recognize is "greenish blue." :)

This property was wonderful to stay in , having a very central location on Ledra Street , where one can find a ton of restaurant and cafe options . I also liked the restored historical building it is located in specifically, as I like to stay in historical buildings when traveling to feel the local historical fabric. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night , and the room was quite spacious . The room was also very nice in that the bed was very comfy and it was very clean . I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Nicosia , as I enjoyed staying here very much . Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here if I ever visited Nicosia again.

During my recent stay at George's residence, I was fortunate enough to have him as my host. George's exceptional hospitality was apparent from the moment I arrived, and he made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The residence was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities that a traveler could require, even for an extended stay of a week or more.
