NetherlandsAmazing experience. Pedro and Marian are just fantastic, they literally host you at their place and you become part of their family. Baoruco is the perfect place to have a real local experience. They have recommendations for all places around and offer tours if you like. They also offer to prepare European-style dinner with local products, which gives a change to the "bandera dominicana" if you have stayed around for a while.
