This place is new and managed by a family. The rooms are very pretty and clean, everything is nice and creative, the location is very good. The lady there is extremely kind and asks if you need anything. I went there to check how the place was, initially, then, after seeing how nice it is, I extended my stay and I went back there also after a trip tp Las Galeras. You feel safe and protected, there. Great internet too

The room is small but you know that when you book.but what makes up for that is the high ceiling and that it is light and there is a glass door to the communal terras. It feels cosy. There is a fridge in the pantry which we could use. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Good price quality.

I had a wonderful stay at La Casa de Isabel y Juan in the Zona Colonial. The location is central and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the hosts were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with a spotless bathroom and access to a shared living space, kitchen, dining area, and balcony. It was such a positive experience that I returned for another stay. Excellent value for the price—I highly recommend it. Juan went out of his way to make me feel at home.

    Cheap and cheerful, great host and near the main attractions but don't expect luxury. If you want somewhere with hotel amenities this is not for you. Jessica the landlady is very helpful, please try to remember this is situated where the locals live and they are suffering with high prices for basics and there are occasional power cuts.
