We were able to check in early and offered an additional breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed huge and comfortable. The very friendly and helpful host family, who live downstairs, made us very welcome. Walkable from the bus station and airport but it's not a pleasant walk (along a really busy wide main road) - 10 mins in a Uber cheap and recommended instead.
