Great price, good location 10 minute walk to old town, room small but clean and well looked after, would definitely recommend for short stay in elche.

Best thing was it was the last room available to be booked in Elche for the Nit de Foc. Room was clean but basic, we needed the aircon which was perfect. Plenty of safe parking nearby, and café for breakfast across the road. We had a good night's sleep. Don't really understand the 1 star reviews.

During my trip, I encountered a situation where I lost some shopping items, and the language barrier made it quite challenging to communicate my concerns. Eduardo went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they provide immediate translation services, but they also took the time to understand my situation fully. Their patience and kindness made a stressful situation much more manageable. They contacted the store on my behalf, ensuring that I was able to retrieve my lost items. What truly stood out was Eduardo's genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, understanding, and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Sophie, Patrick and their lovely son Tristan were absolutely wonderful hosts. They were so kind and welcoming and would do anything to help. They even took me with them to see the fireworks display with their lovely friends, they drove me to the shops and we shared coffee together.. Casa del Fenix is stunningly beautiful. The accommodation was sparkling clean and the pool was gorgeous! I have become friends with Sophie and will return back here soon. What a wonderful, lovely, genuine, beautiful family. Thank you for a relaxing beautiful holiday xxxx PS Sophie is a yoga instructor and has so much knowledge to offer. Casa del Fenix had a healing vibe. Beautiful.

We liked everything. The hospitality of the owners Pepi and Rafael is extraordinary. Fantastic restaurants around the hotel - all are friends of the owners and their guests receive special attention. The room is very well equiped. What else can be added to the excellent reviews? I hardly imagine what could be the reason for less than 10 in the review - in my opinion they merit only 10+++!
