The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. She offered and later booked us a taxi to where we were headed. She also guided us on how to use the metro / train as we were not 100% sure. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, she also thanks us for our stay when we left.

Casa du solei is like an oasis in the centre of Madrid city. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and spacious shared facilities. The plunge pool was therapy for my painful ankles. The staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful. This place was beyond our expectation.

Hotel was in perfect location - in the city center, near shops, cafes, restaurant and metro. Room was cleaned every day and it was really nice. The staff was very nice and helpful :)

Hostal Aresol is located only 100 metres from kilometre Zero, next to the Puerta del Sol. This is an excellent place from which to enjoy the sites of Madrid. There is free WiFi available throughout.

Really nice place in super central location and still so quiet. The only thing you hear sometimes was the TV in the next room. The room was just perfect for one - nice bed with really good memory foam pillows and a modern bathroom. In the booking I mentioned that I needed to work sometimes and I was asked if everything is alright with the connection. Also I could leave my luggage there at 7 am, when I first arrived to Madrid and could then check in earlier.
