I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and a big thanks to Lucinda for her exceptional service. She's not only nice but also quite funny, which added a wonderful personal touch to our stay. Lucinda went above and beyond by providing us with a helpful map, which made exploring Santander a breeze, from the main sights to the best nearby restaurants. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location, just a 7-minute walk from the main beach and all the key attractions, was extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Santander experience.

Very nice couple. Begonya could not have made us more welcome with lots of advice only hindered by my poor spanish. Parking in a secure compound left the vehicle safely and the bus trip into the city was very easy. Free access to the kitchen meant we could make breakfast just the way we like it as well as the provided items.Excellent start to a holiday and a chance to see Santander at last.

    Whilst Santander is a bit too touristy for me, the accommodation is excellent. It's a ten-minute walk from the bus and train stations. Plus it's situated between the old town and the area where the locals shop, eat and drink.

    Great host went above and beyond to help us and made recommendations for the city (sights, restaurants etc), the rooms are virtually brand new so in excellent condition and very clean. Good facilities - powerful shower, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge etc. 5 mins walk from main bus station, 5 mins walk to main bar/restaurant area. Really spot on.

    The room was incredible for the price I paid (34 euro for a double room!) it had great views from the room, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a powerful shower. The hotel was perfectly located close to some great 'locals' bars. For the price I paid it exceeded my expectations.
