Florence is simply lovely and so accommodating. The property is beautifully decorated in the Art Deco style. We will definitely be going back!

We checked in and it was perfect and the owner welcomed us accordingly, however, the other guests came in at 1:30 in the morning and didnt stop making noise all through the night. We checked out 2 days early and found another place to stay as the soundproofing was horrendous.

We broke down in our vehicle over one hour away from the property & our vehicle had to be towed away. When I tried to cancel the accommodation the owner .. a lovely lady with a heart of gold … she rang me & came in her car to where we had been abandoned ( with no water or food in the pitch black & no one from the recovery company in France helping us … all we got were lies about sending taxi & finding us nearby accommodation)….this lovely lady took all 4 of us with luggage back to our intended stay for the night. She then gave us food of chicken & rice & bread & fruit & drinks which we told her she had already done enough to help by getting us off the street ( where we actually thought we would be sleeping .. on the street ). The owner of this beautiful property went above & beyond to help us by also acting as an interpreter when trying to find out what was happening & how we were going to get back home. !

Very nice and super friendly host who made us feel immediately welcome after a long and rainy day on the bike. Nicely and newly decorated with all the comfort we needed. Highly recommended!

Beautiful heritage property in an excellent location and the most hospitable owners. Segolene was so thoughtful - even though she didn't need to, she went out of her way to arrange dinner for us from a restaurant down the road as we arrived for our check-in pretty late at 10pm. Room was gorgeous and large. And the location by the Maine-Loire confluence was breathtaking. Also a great central location to explore Loire, Puy du Fou and of course Angers. Delicious breakfast too.

Located 17 km from Angers Expo, Château le Fresne features accommodation in Bouchemaine with access to a hot tub.

Fabulous location, unique experience, staff so welcoming and accommodating. Fabulous dinner outside in front of the imposing Chateau.

Excellent welcome by host who was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Beautiful accommodation very comfortable with modern amenities Excellent location easy to find. Definitely recommend this Manoir and would stay again
