As the name implies, it is Calm and Cozy. And clean. Marc, the host, is very helpful. I would also recommend booking more than one room for a stay with family or friends. It will feel like you are staying in a house with a large living room. The tram station is just around the corner and you can easily reach Centre ville in Nantes.

A hidden gem in middle of Nantes! I didn't expect what to get as I was in hurry to book a place for one night so I didn't really check carefully. I arrived after midnight so I went directly to my room to sleep. But when I awake I could see a wonderful view of Nantes from hight point of view which I didn't expect at all. The name "la maison sur la falaise" (the house on the cliff) is indeed true. Zoe was very nice and we spoke during one hour before my checkout.

Lovely private area with bbq facilities, outdoor lounge chairs and tables even a egg chair hammock!! The space itself was perfect and clean. Equip with what we needed and more. Nothing was too much trouble for hosts and were happy to chat or leave us alone. Private and secure and great location.
