We had a lovely stay, the apartment is something special! :) the breakfast was very delicious, fresh. The owner was nice, we could also leave our car and bikes there after check out to go to Menton centre by foot. :) There was also a very nice cat around the garden, which is always a big plus for us. :)

The apartment is new and well equipped, spotless clean. We didn't meet the host but they gave us very precise indication about how to check-in and were very responsive during the whole stay. It is in a good position, it is possible to reach the centre and the seaside by foot in about 15 minutes.

Arriving in Monte Carlo, if you are alone on June 26, you can't afford to make mistakes (on booking.com the price was good, but who knows... in any case the owner had taken care to give me every indication via WhatsApp) otherwise in tears you run to the station and escape. When after a considerable climb (then I discovered all the elevators and escalators) I opened that French window, I found a mega A/C, a large smart TV on the wall (furious fast wi-fi), a mini fridge with kettle and coffee on top, hairdryer, ironing board with iron (fun optional in a 3 square meter room) bathroom and modern furnishings. My life for that evening was saved (never mind the rather limited hot water... and other trifles). As soon as I went down the stairs, in the square formidable pizza for 10 euros and markets open until late.

Wonderful stay. A really comfortable room in a quite area. Really good bed. The best Thing was the friendly and communicative owner. We really preciate our stay. And at least the wonderful breakfast with homemade jams and delicious Croissant. A place to be in you visit Sospel. We love it

Owners are very amazing they were there to make sure there is plenty fresh air in the room and they helped to negotiate someone to stop smoking at night on the the balcony beside my bed when I was resting and needed fresh air. Owners are very helpful and this was good for my mother who stayed there, so this place was suitable for a mature guest. They have a good kitchen and my mother was able to boil an egg and to make salad or a sandwich. Showers and toilet are really good. Location is fantastic and a pleasure to walk out to, close to the beach and food stores. Beautiful cathedral and park are near, also a tram station. Owners are sophisticated intelligent managers who look after everything was good and fair. So my mother was able to enjoy her stay and ask them anything always. They are fantastic respectful modern people.

I was in Nice for work and stayed on for the weekend. Djamel were lovely hosts and their place was so modern and clean. I was able to work from home with plenty of space and it was very quiet. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and the aircon kept the rooms cool. I did not realise when booking this stay that Djamel and Aïcha actually lived there and would be home during our stay. But we had our own bathroom and living area downstairs and so we barely saw them - when we did, they were very kind and helpful. I would love to stay again!
