Simply wonderful! The space is cozy, comfortable, and exactly like the photos, but what truly amazed me was the location. It’s absolutely perfect! Just a few steps from some of the city’s most important tourist attractions, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. Right across from the studio, there are four fantastic cafés — I tried them all and each one is unique and excellent. The area also offers plenty of great restaurants with amazing options throughout the day. The metro is literally around the corner, making it super easy to get anywhere. And even though it’s in such a central location, the place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. An impeccable stay!

The studio boasts an excellent location—just a 5-minute walk from both the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, with views of both the Arc and the Eiffel Tower! You can easily visit many tourist attractions on foot. The neighborhood is well served, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation nearby. The studio is well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and highly functional. The check-in process was flexible and smooth. I highly recommend it!

Great location, probably the most important -> the metro is literally at the foot of the building. The district is really safe in my opinion, the room is located in the heart of the Asian refuge of France. Mostly people from this culture live here, who are naturally nice and would not hurt anyone. The host is a great, communicative and very nice person with a taste for decor! :) If you are visiting Paris for the first time, this is a really good choice, if we were to come back, we would definitely book this room.

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

Last week, my friend and I went to Paris to sort out some documents at the Ukrainian embassy and we decided to combine business with pleasure, staying for a few days to explore the city more thoroughly. Our goal was to find a place to stay for a few days near the embassy, as we needed to be there early Monday morning. We were lucky to find an apartment in the heart of the city, in the very cozy, safe, and quiet le 6e arrondissement de Paris. All the major attractions were within walking distance, and we barely used the metro. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the Louvre at a leisurely pace. Even a little rain couldn’t spoil the walk, as Paris truly feels like an open-air museum. The apartment had all the necessary things, it was warm and clean, and Parveen was very responsive and eager to help with any requests. He communicated with us like old friends and gave us great recommendations for exploring Paris. We felt like we were at home. The owners were also very accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than 3PM on Friday, as our train from the south of France arrived earlier, and we didn’t want to wander around with our luggage. On Monday, when we had business at our country's embassy, they kindly allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours, as our train schedule was different from the check-out time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to meet Thierry, but we had a lovely time with his partner Parveen, discussing many interesting topics. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and keep it in mind for my future trips to Paris! Thank you for your hospitality! :)
