My stay here was very relaxing and comfortable. From the very warm welcoming check-in, to the room itself to the personal breakfast service. I loved it. Unlike other guests, I wasn't here for a very active holiday, but also that is appreciated. Hope to be back soon and enjoy more activities in this area.

The room was clean and cosy. Equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the best I've had at a B&B. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming too. The owner was nice enough to allow us to self-check in at a later time than the usual check-in times. The view of the mountains out the room window was beautiful. Very convenient location, too.

Owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owners were really interesting and as a result we stayed up late chatting with them and also noticed how attentive they were to the other guests’ needs. Very comfortable bed and a nice communal space to relax in with free tea and coffee. Very close to the Cairngorms and local town has some good amenities.

Close to both Kingussie Golf Club and Ruthven Barracks, Avondale House is situated in Kingussie and has spa facilities and garden.

Amazing building, just few steps away from train station and shops/restaurants. Great hosts, very warm and welcoming, made our stay very comfortable and cosy. Very nice rooms and vig comfortable bed, room had everything you need and even more, including complimentary hot chocolate and biscuits. Would definitely stay again!

A very comfortable stopover on our way north. Bryan and Laura are wonderful hosts who have developed probably the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Lots of attention to detail and nice, personal touches have gone into this place. The bed was so comfortable and the room a good size. Breakfast choices were a real treat. The location for Clune House is also advantageous. We'll definitely be going back here and to enjoy the natural beauty of the Cairngorms!

My stay was excellent. Kirsty and Kevin are superb hosts providing everything you could need. Idyllic location really close to town centre and beautiful finishing touches. They really have thought of everything. I travelled for business but it felt like a holiday. I have already re-booked for next year with work and will be looking at other times of the year for personal travel too.

The wonderful welcome we received and the friendly, helpful approach from our hosts made our stay at RossMor very special. Our room was gorgeous, and the breakfasts were superb. RossMor is a beautiful home with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. It is a short walk to local cafes and restaurants. Grantown on Spey is a delightful village with everything a visitor needs, and yet without the tourist numbers that crowd out other towns and villages nearby. We highly recommend RossMor, as a base for exploring Speyside and surrounding areas, and we will be back.
