the hosts were the absolute best! from making tea for me when I first arrived to going on the bus with me to make sure I got back to Brighton train station safely. Micheal and Paul helped with directions, grocery tips, restaurant tips and actually walked me to the citi bike system so I could rent a bike. they were kind, gracious and a hoot. the room was very big and comfortable. A fridge, coffee, tea, milk, chocolate and flowers was a great added touch. the room was quiet, as hosts respect your quiet time and sleep time. lights are kept on at night so you can safely climb the few stairs to the bathroom. they respond quickly to messages and requests and they laughed at all my jokes. thank you, thank you, thank you

The Single Bed Room was really cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the room is well equiped with all the necessary things you need. The breakfast is a nice buffet and you can also order breakfast menus a la card. The Location of the hotel is perfect, directly to the beach and only 10 min walk to the central places. As my stay in Brighton didnt went as expected, due to some illness, the staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful in this situation. Thank you again for you help and understanding! I really appreciated it. I can highly recomend this Hotel!

Justin was so friendly & hospitable, and made me feel thoroughly welcome! Both the room and the bathroom were spotless and really well-equipped, with plenty of towel, tea/coffee facilities, power sockets right by the bed, hairdryer, and clothes storage. Fantastic to have parking on-site for no extra charge, and really appreciated Justin's flexibility with check-in/check-out times. A pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre of Brighton, and regular buses into town from the end of the road.

A beautiful, well equipped, spotless guest accommodation in a prestige and leafy housing area outside the Brighton urban area, with on-site parking and a bus service leaving every 15 minutes from a stop close by the house for the Royal Brighton pavilion, a must see, and central Brighton itself. The large, luxury ensuite apartment I stayed in had a separate entrance, and the charming host was discreet, leaving me to do my own thing, but being immediately available to attend to the large screen, HD television when I accidentally cancelled the Netflix channel. Downtown Brighton is fun but a bit seedy and it makes absolute sense to stay in a safe, high-quality residential area with cheap and easy access to the city centre by public transport. The ensuite included an invalid seat in the shower which expands its utility.

    Lovely host who also recommended us a place to book for parking who was also really lovely and only 5 mins from the accomodation. The location was great and the room had everything you needed including lovely fluffy towels.
