They sent us the completely wrong address which was a private residence. When I rang the property to tell them they just kept telling me that I must be at the wrong place, even though the owners of the place I had arrived at confirmed I was at the address that had been sent to us. I assumed I had been scammed. After I had arranged other accomodation, the property rang me and admitted their mistake but have refused to give me a refund.
