Fantastic hotel where the staff really listen. I've stayed at this hotel previously and really liked it apart from the fact that my room didn't have any blind or curtains, decided to stay here again and got the same room and they've now rectified this and put a blind up, which now makes it a perfect hotel for my needs and I'll definitely be back. The lady on reception is very welcoming, the hotel is spotlessly clean, my room was cosy but very well equipped with everything I needed. It's also remarkably quiet considering the sign on the front said it was full.

Loved that it was a hidden lil place, like inside the woods. It was charming n cozy. They accommodated us last min. for a room that fit us 3 people comfortably even tho it was for a one night stay because we were passing through London to get to Italy. They even went out of there way to asked the restaurant to wait a bit so we can get food because they where about to close & arranged a taxi for pickup next day.
