nice and cozy place, clean and comfortable. It's a one bedroom with a small dinning room and kitchen. It's convenient to cook meals with stoves. It is on the first floor, friendly to big luggage. It's all your own place when close the door. Don't need to share bathroom. Erlinda is very nice, helps lot. It is about 20min to drive here from town center.

Very convenient for Summertown in Oxford, but the city centre is also just a short bus ride away. The room was perfect, very spacious, and I loved the ability to adjust the lighting.

Very lovely B&B - amazing find! Very clean, cosy and comfortable quiet rooms. Extremely convenient location 10 min brisk walk into town (make sure to explore Christ Church grounds on route - beautiful!) Martin and Aamir - brilliant hosts - extremely welcoming and friendly. Aamir was especially helpful, accommodating and flexible - full of useful tips and advice. A big thank you to both - will definitely stay again and not hesitate to recommend to friends.

This room was comfortable and cozy. Everything is carefully thought out for comfort and convenience. The property is on a quiet street, but it's in the very middle of Oxford City Centre. I could easily walk to most of the places I wanted to visit, and for places father away, the bus station is five minutes away and the train station is about ten. Restaurants and stores like Boots and Tesco were within a block or two. I especially appreciated the efficient and free wifi. The facilities were clearly and accurately listed on the site when I booked, and the photos on the site were accurate and clearly represented what I found.

    The whole stay was pleasant, the host family is very welcoming, with insightful conversations, tried to help with any problem, rooms were clean and spacious. The meals were home made and delicious. Easily accessible by bike or public transportation. Great location for walks or runs in the vicinity.

    A fantastically warm welcome awaited me on arrival from Erlinda. Nothing was to much trouble for the host, all just perfect. The apartment had every conceivable facility, good kitchen, nice shower room, comfortable lounge and comfy bed. My stay was quiet, comfortable and I highly recommended the place, its a real find. Also, just a five minute walk from local shops, a friendly locals pub and local stadiums, it's all good. I'd definitely stay again if visiting the area.
