Warm welcoming from the first day and till the end "home-sweet-home". Thank you "Monday and his family" for all arrangements and being so helpful. Even when I messed up with the booking, they tried to help and came up with good solution. All you need to do is asking. Kitchen was all equipped, clean and functioning, no problem for a longer stay. There are three rooms on the guest floor, one ensuite, one toilet/shower to be shared with other two guest rooms. If travel to city center (e.g., Bull-ring, Aston Uni, China Town, etc.), just catch up the Bus No.14 (Chelmsley Wood). The Harrowfield bus stop (same road side to the property) is just 2-3 min walking. It should take around 20-30 min. HAMS Rest Place was quiet and considered to be safe, at least before late night hours.
