located a 15/20 walk from centre of town /Ipswich town fc , very comfy bed , exceptional facilities , inc plug socket that had USB port to charge your phone ; handy as id forgotten my charger !!! if i’m ever in need of an overnight stay in that area i would definitely book again

The hosts Roger and Jan are extremely friendly and most obliging. They run a very personal accomodation service. There is a wide choice of both cooked and non cooked food available at breakfast, which cannot be faulted. Roger and Jan's house is immaculate , as is the guest room and the bathroom.

Clean, big comfy bed, extra bedding. Quite honestly the best value for money accommodation I've ever stayed in. Probably shouldn't big it up too much or they might increase the price to what it should be worth.
