One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in, the hosts were so welcoming & helpful, the room was perfect, bed was very comfortable, and excellent facilities. Couldn’t recommend more. Also the area is lovely, felt very safe and very convenient for the short bus into town. Will definitely be coming back!

Facilities were very comfortable and clean. Angela our host was very friendly and accommodating. She made us feel very much at home. The location was fantastic. Breakfast was supplied at The Ivy Restaurant amd that was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

These compact rooms are in a newly converted stable block, and offer comfort and relaxation. The Blue Ball is only 6 minutes from Exeter Airport.

Location perfect right next to their pub. So could walk next door for meals have a few drinks. Meals excellent. Easy to get to. Skylight in ceiling was awesome to watch satellites go over while in bed!! Extremely clean & if need more tea/coffee etc not a problem. Nice big tv. Free carpark next to unit. Would differently stay again.

We enjoyed everything about this stay, hosted by lovely Kate. A cosy cottage addition to the main house, with window door opening on to a country lane (short walk to pub). Excellent bathroom, tea coffee facilities. The breakfast the next morning was fabulous. Delivered by Kate, in a cute wicker basket laden with goodies. Croissants, home made jams, cereals, yogurts, fresh orange juice. Would definitely stay again.
