It was a very nice stay at Perdika Mare Guesthouse. The property is right next to the beach, the sea is very clean, perfect for swimming, this part of the village is so calm but also quite close to the restaurants and bars, place where boats to Moni start from and bus stop. The room was spacious enough, with terrace and bathroom, clean and tidy.

This place is excellent! A lot of small beaches nearby if you walk by foot, restaurants too. The hotel is classy, with clean, bright rooms and good interior. The breakfast is great too. The owners are very pleasant and helpful, true hosts! Overall we are very satisfied and we will be coming back to this place.

Everything was super clean. Lily and her husband gave attention to those little details that make a good staying perfect. There was a full kitchen set and ingredients enough for a breakfast for two for more days than we stayed. Bottled water, clean sheets and towels with extra blankets and ironing set available. We also had access to the roof and there was a big swing with a table and summer chairs. The night sky and the island view from there was amazing. This is a hidden gem 💎

It was PERFECT in every way. Fabulous, easy communication. Wonderful coastal location. Super clean. All the facilities we needed. A vitally important cool, shady pagoda in the garden area. The place is simply stunning. There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.
