great, very clean, set and organised, with everything- the citchen was fully equipped and sweets and bottels of water were left for us. This is a private house with a garden. We stay only for 1 night because we were on our way to the north. So we didnt tour the surrounding. But we sae a coffeshop infront of the house. Every thing we need help, the owner was available. Very recommandef to whom the location fits for him. t is not in the center. (It )is in a region named metomorphisis in Athens.

We stayed at this accommodation for 7 nights and couldn’t have found a better option. The value for money is excellent. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there’s plenty of storage space, and we especially appreciated the balcony with a drying rack for our clothes which we washed in the shared laundry room. The common areas are well-equipped for preparing simple meals. However, we would recommend adding a stovetop and perhaps a few more dishes to make the kitchen even more functional. That said, the current setup was more than sufficient for preparing our breakfasts. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and easy to navigate, with just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Highly recomended!

The most hospitable host ever. My stay exceeded my expectations. The host met me and gave me a lift, without even me asking, when I needed it. That's very kind when it's so hot outside and you're carrying a suitcase. I had all the necessary facilities and essentials. Everything was perfectly clean, which is important to me. The host was very friendly, helpful and made me feel like home, as if I stayed at my friend's place. The best place to stay in Athens, don't look further.

Very good. Perfect location, all at walking distance, in a picturesque neighborhood called Plaka, with very easy access by public transport to/from airport( bus X95). Comfortable 100% Very good and with a lot of restaurants, taverns, cafe's in the same street and all around, supermarkt too. There's a kitchen in the same floor of the rooms with coffe and tea facilities. Despite how busy it is outside until late at night (restaurants, tourists) you can sleep perfectly in total silence.
