Excellent, new place just by the sea, the beach is practically 50 m from the house. The rooms are very well equipped, very comfortable with nice terrace (mine was overlooking sea/beach). Comfortable parking available at the property. The place contains a small kid's playground, 2 gazebos, lot's of green grass and all the beach equipment needed (sunbeds, small tables etc.). You practically end up living in a house by the beach :-). Walking distance to 3-4 tavernas and beach bar. Very relaxing and comfortable place.

Situated 1.2 km from Papias Beach and less than 1 km from Port of Thassos, Studios Periklis features free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchenette and patio.

Every summer we stay here. As always, everything was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day and this makes us very happy. The rooms have balconys for your wet beach clothes and towels, which is very comfortable. The most we love are the host, a warmhearted family, who helps us in every way, such us restaurant and beach choices. A very special thank to Soti and her Husband, thank you for everything. Hope to come again soon :)

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Everything was new and nicely designed, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and shared great local recommendations. A lovely and kind surprise was the jar of honey we received at checkout which was really tasty. We would definitely recommend this place!

Clean room, location, owner was very friendly and warm, walking distance to beach, city centre and restaurants, nice porch with sea view. Good to have small kitchen and utensils. Parking space was avaiable and free.

Everything ok, the area is great, the host Katerina is helpful and friendly, a two day stop great, but even for more days here there is fantastic location to be in vacation.
