It was confortable. Near to a beautiful beach (koviou beach)..about 3 min with car. The pool was also amazing! The small balcony nice and cozy, the other one perfect for breakfast. Everything was more than ok. It was about 5min away (with car)from the crowded area.

Ideal location of apartments on the seashore. Not noisy. The rooms have everything you need. Beautiful territory, well-kept garden. The owner is a very nice person. We had an incredible experience staying at Sunrise Rooms, perched on a hill with a stunning view of the sea. Watching the sunrise over the horizon every morning was an absolute treat. The location was also great, with the beach just a 4-minute drive away—calm, crystal-clear waters, and a sandy beach that wasn't crowded at all. Perfect for relaxation! The room itself was spotless, cleaned regularly, and the towels and sheets were frequently changed. It was well-equipped with a fridge, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, a sandwich maker, and a coffee maker - perfect for making a good breakfast at home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and spacious. 10/10 - the best bed I've ever slept on. But what really made our stay special was the host. She was a ray of sunshine, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She even surprised us with traditional treats and presents. It is the person that sanctifies the place, and she truly made our stay unforgettable with her warmth and generosity. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a serene getaway with excellent hospitality, this is it.

Everything! Our apartment was very beautiful, spacious, functional, and well-maintained. The owner's refined taste is evident in every detail. Maria spoiled us. She is an exceptional host, kind and very attentive to her guests. Vot Villas is located in a peaceful area and It is an excellent base for visiting Sithonia. Perfect location, peaceful environment. A magical view, a wonderful pool and direct access to the sea for swimming/snorkelling, SUP, and all kinds of water-sports. The rooms are spacious, spotless, simply furnished and came with a fully equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning and 24-hour service were excellent.
