The house is located in the heart of Marmaras city, right next to a small square with lots of restaurants and the local market and amenities. The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts are very nice people and always up for a chat to make you feel welcome and give you information about options in the city or nearby beaches to visit. The house is also very close to the city's primary school which works as a public parking lot for the summer months, so no need to search for a parking space around. Highly recommended accommodation for anyone planning to spend time at Marmaras and the surrounding areas.

For us this was the perfect place to stay. It was much better than staying at a hotel directly at the seaside. It was great sleeping without the need to turn airco. We had a perfect view. The room was amazing. We like the quietness of Parthenonas, and still there a few restaurants around. Breakfast that is offered at the hotel is also great. The hosts are so kind. We definitely like to go back.
