Stivachtis Villas is just an amazing stay. We had a lovely time and honestly had the best relaxation ever. The location is great, there are however a lot of stairs until you reach the shore and beach, which we didn't mind because otherwise you wouldn't have the amazing view and ambient. Going down is just 5 mins. Also, there is a dedicated parking area for the car, which we also liked because we came with a car. We had a room with a sea view, which I recommend because you can observe the amazing sunrise and listen to the sounds of the sea. The room was spotless clean, also cleaned every day and towels were changed every third day. One thing you must not miss is the amazing homemade breakfast! Really tasty and big, everyone should try it at least once! Served on the amazing terase of the villa, overlooking the sea and surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees. The Papa Nero beach is also close, 10-15 mins on foot, easily reached by walking down the shore. We really recommend Stivachtis Villas and would come back again.

WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. We had a truly wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to George, our host. He was one of the most polite and genuinely helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience—offering thoughtful recommendations on places to visit, dine, and explore in the area. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like every detail had been carefully considered to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a variety of delicious, handmade local products that gave us a true taste of the region. The entire staff was equally warm and accommodating, creating an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay, and we hope to return ourselves in the future.
