One of the friendliest families I have lived with in Bali. Delicious breakfast and you can order dinner in addition which is unreal. After three sleepless nights in Sidemen due to noise, we discovered Lembah Wanna Bamboo House, nestled in the heart of nature, where we had THE BEST TIME IN BALI. This place is truly amazing, with a warm-hearted welcome from our host, Mr. Madey. He greeted us with fresh coconut and coffee, and he and his wife prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners for us every day. Even on the day we were leaving early in the morning, he woke up to make us pancakes 🥺♥️. It felt more like visiting a friend's home than staying in a homestay. The cute little bamboo house had everything we needed to rest, sleep well, and relax. The surroundings are beautiful, with rice fields, jungle, and wild nature. The view of the village is stunning, and every morning we enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise. There are waterfalls, both popular ones and hidden gems where you can enjoy the serenity all to yourself. The mattresses were some of the best we experienced while in Bali. The rooms were well kept, the staff were friendly and the day access to waterpark, cafe and shop made it a lot of fun for the kids. An easy walk takes you to many stores- we bought clothes, art, fresh fruit as well as stationary for my teen daughter- and we found the area in general a friendly place to shop.

Luckily my wife and I booked this Resort for 3 nights in the beautiful region of Sidemen. The personal of the Sawah Indah was extraordinary helpful and courteous. We had a bungalow that was located a little hidden on the property with an open bathroom (partial open roof) and a nice sitting area at the entrance of the bungalow. The breakfast had two options, Balinese or Western type – where we always chose the Balinese breakfast of course. It was also possible to get it as a vegetarian version. The restaurant of the Sawah Idah was also very good for dinner, still, alternative Warungs and other restaurants are available within minutes by foot. A comfortable bed for the night guaranteed a recharge after exciting day trips around this magnificent region of north-east Bali. Unfortunately, we haven’t had the opportunity to go in the swimming pool, but it looked fantastic in the scenery of the beautiful garden and surrounding rice fields.

Lovely little property which was carefully attended to by the staff, who was so lovely and helpful. The 2 rooms were very clean and breakfast was lovely. I would recommend the massage place next door- very relaxing with great views. Good selection of food places within 15/20 min walk.
