Everything was amazing! I lived in the first floor of the house of Nasrul and his family and felt so comfortable. The family has such a big heart and I felt loved and welcomed from the beginning! We planted rice together, the showed me their family albums and we had great chats! Nasrul built the homestay on his own and shares so much with his guests! I only stayed for one night but I could have stayed for 2 weeks! There‘s so much to explore around the homestay and the nature is just amazing!!!!

We had a wonderful stay with Yesi and her family! Yesi is such a nice and caring host, and welcomes you as a part of her family. It's the most authentic homestay we have visited in Indonesia. The facilities are basic, but they are building a proper shower and a new terrace at the moment and do anything to make you feel at home. Everything is taken care of - from breakfast to dinner, organising a boat trip through the amazing Karst landscape, and helping us with buying bus tickets to Toraja! We helped Yesi in the kitchen, played soccer with the children and cuddled the baby cat :) Thanks for the enriching time at your house 🙏
