We were pleased with the welcome we received upon arrival; an offer of a drink once we settled in the room. The size of the room, the cleanliness, the coziness, and location met or exceeded expectations. The small kitchenette was an added bonus. I really enjoyed my stay at Oughterard Homeshare. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, even with another couple and their 2-year-old staying there. In the morning, Claire prepared a lovely breakfast, and we had some nice conversations. She also shared helpful recommendations for my onward travels and even gave me her phone number for emergencies. I’d definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful house, quiet and clean, and the owners were very nice. We could easily park the car next to the house and walk into town. I'll come back for sure.

The breakfast was lovely. A healthy continental breakfast, with variety of fruits, cereals, bread, yogurts, tea and coffee. The owner is a nice and sweet woman. We had a great chat and she resolved all our questions about Galway. When I come back to Galway, I will stay here again!! Thanks for everything ❤️
