The hosts were all very kind and made me feel completely at home. They even helped me plan amazing experiences like the houseboat and kayaking trips, which made my stay unforgettable. Every morning, I enjoyed delicious local breakfast dishes that were truly special. The rooftop and balcony offer beautiful views, perfect for relaxing. This was honestly one of the best homestays I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay at Bella Homestay. I travelled with two friends and we each had our own very well appointed ensuite room. We could - and did - also use the shared balcony, which was lovely for sitting outside in the evenings. There a nice touches like the bookcase from which you can borrow books, and there's also a good outdoor area outside. The homestay had organised our transport to and from Alleppey, and our driver (Vahid) was excellent - also showing us interesting sights. Sunita also organised our day trip on a Shikara (boat) - also excellent. The homestay is well located. It was hot and though we walked into town one of the days, a tuk-tuk was cheap for our return journey. Breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Straight away we all decided we'd definitely go back!

The homestay is hidden from the noise of the center in a residential area just minutes walk from the beautiful beach. One can reach the center easily within a 10min ride via auto. The family is very welcoming and their home cooked Kerala food is delicious. We recommend everybody to have breakfast and dinner in the Homestay, rather then going to a restaurant. The room and bathroom where clean and there where two beautiful terraces one can use to enjoy the warm evenings and mornings. We enjoyed the stay and chats with the family a lot, as well as the evening walks on the beach.

We loved Mayflower villa. Our room was big and clean with plenty of hot water. The villa is in excellent location, everything you need is short ride away by tuk tuk. The heart of this villa is the owner Susan. She is the perfect host who knows how to take care of quests and responds quickly and with great attention. She helped us arrange shikhara boat tour and gave us idea about which beach to visit. She also arranged car service for our next destination. We had a really nice time. Susan also made us delicious breakfasts and dinner. It was unforgetable. We really recommend this place if you want to experience real Kerala hospitality.

Mohammed is a greate host. The accomodation is very clean and conveniently located, just a fed meters from the main street make it very quite to sleep. Also it is very close to one of the main acces to the beach, next to well known Catamaran restaurant and WakeyWakey cafe who both serve greate food with a greate view on the beach and sunset.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marari Xavier's Inn Homestay during my visit to Alleppey, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the homestay was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the place tidy and comfortable for guests. The host's hospitality was beyond compare. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From providing helpful local tips to offering assistance with transportation, they were always available and eager to help. They made me feel like part of their family, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout my entire stay. The location of the homestay was perfect for exploring. It was situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. I appreciated the convenience of being able to easily access various restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. The amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare my own meals when desired. It was a nice and clean, very well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent! The mixed fruitjuice suberbe, not to speak of the magnificant view. From our balcony also we had a good view on the activities of the fishermen, and nearby there is an excellent café where you can eat.

This homestay is very relaxed. Nice clean, comfortable rooms and an amazing backyard. The location is a bit further from Alleppey, but in return you get a lot of tranquility, and the host is most willing to arrange transportation anywhere. The host is really an amazing guy. He's always ready to arrange whatever you wish for and help out anywhere he can. He organized a kayaking and boattour for us, including transport. The host also likes to invite you for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and makes the most delicious food, honestly or restaurant quality. Staying here is a wonderful experience.

    Loved staying at Kalappura homestay! Jose and his family were great hosts. The room was super comfortable, with a very soft bed and a hot shower! There is a nice common area and the location is great. Jose also helped us with booking the boat tour Fientje backwaters. He provided us with different options so we could decide what type of tour we wanted to do. Thanks Jose & fam for your hospitality!

    This homestay is clean and comfortable with an uplifting and quirky vibe. Johnson is a lovely host who clearly really cares about the environment. He was kind enough to drive us to a restaurant he recommended and offered to pick us up due to the heavy rain! The price is very reasonable and the other staff members are nice. We felt very looked after.

    The host family was so welcoming and kind. They couldn't do enough for us during our stay. They helped us with trip bookings, tuk tuks, and laundry. The breakfast were big feasts! The host made different local dishes each morning. The home stay was in a quiet area, not far from the beach and a few restaurants. The room and living area was really clean - one of the cleanest rooms we've had so far on our trip in India.

    The hosts Albert and Sunitha are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They are a warm family who are great hosts. Sunitha is a great chef who makes customised authentic kerelan meals for all 3 meals a day! Another guest celebrated their wedding anniversary there and the host family went above and beyond with decorations and cake! The room was clean. The homestay is right on the beach with great sunset views. We stayed at hotels during our trip but the experience and service here was far better!
