I came for work related to airport and the proximity was perfect for me as it is walking distance. Room was comfortable with all the facilities that a brand hotel would have in their arsenal but at a very affordable price. The cherry on top was the way the host looked after me during the stay. As family run businesses are getting lesser, it was very nice to see the father son team taking care of the visitors like their family. The food was home cooked and a must try. Looking forward to more stays. Definitely I'll be returning anytime when I come to Amritsar.

I had a wonderful stay at this place, definitely a 10/10 experience! The place is new, neat&clean and hygienic. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the Golden Temple, with the market and food options close by. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amritsar ✌️😇

I booked MJ Chawla Homeystay for the very fair price and the location! It takes just a few minutes to walk to the Golden Temple - it’s fun to walk the streets and see how people live. Ricky was an absolutely great host!! He let me check in way early, called me when my room was ready, was super helpful and up for a chat. Although he doesn’t speak too much English, you can feel his warm & friendly energy! He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and even took me to the train station, stopping for food & a lassi. Would stay there again and again! :) Thank you!
