I had a wonderful one-night stay at this homestay. The place was very clean, and the hospitality was excellent—truly made me feel at home. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to all amenities, which made everything very accessible. The food was absolutely amazing, a real highlight of the stay. Wow! The hospitality and the place are beyond words, it was a wonderful experience. The family is lovely. The food is so delicious. They helped with everything needed and beyond, gave recommendations for places to visit. They gave me a tour of the lush spice garden. There is an amazing view from the balcony. And there is a river a 2 minute walk away. I highly recommend the place.

It was an amazing stay! Beautiful, calm, relaxing and in the middle of the djungle. The busstop to Munnar is in walking distance (approx. 5 minutes). We booked for 3 nights and stayed for one more night because we loved it so much. The entire family (parents, grandparents and the two boys) has such an amazing positive energy and is always very helpful and charming! We really felt as being a part of the family. We are so happy we found this place! Now we know why so many guest ranked the place with a 10! We would give them a 20 if we could!

This is by far one of the best hostels I’ve ever had the luck to be in. The equipment and in particular the showers is incredibly good for a hostel, more a hotel standard. The atmosphere is nevertheless really communicative and open. If you like you can meet new people there easily. The whole team and especially the front manager were super kind and helpful with all belongs (transport, information, tours, etc.). The food is really nice and the prices adequate (try the chicken 65 - I had it several times). The view is phenomenal and the location quiet. It takes you 20-30 min by bus to Munnar but I actually liked to be a bit outside of the town (which is not that beautiful). All in all if you’ve got the chance to stay in K Mansion while you’re in this part of the world, do it.

Flower Valley Plantation Homestay is home away from home. You'll find peace and rest among beautiful flowers and scenery - and great accommodation ! Abin is a very considerate host : he can easily provide you information on sightseeing points and arrange for a delightful tuktuk driver to get you around for a very reasonable price - we paid 500 and 1300 rupees for our drives. The nearby hilltop recommended by Alvin to see the sunrise is very accessible - 45 minutes walk to get there- and rewards you with a lovely view ! He also recommended the Lockart Tea Plantation for an instructive visit about tea cultivation. Abin's mom cooked a delicious meal for dinner : don't hesitate to choose this option ! All in all, a delightful time to be had here :D I wholeheartedly recommend Flower Valley Plantation Homestay for your stay in Munnar !
