The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Really worth your money. Quiet place to take some rest. It is better to come with a 2-wheeler, to reach easily Mahabalipuram if this is your goal. I liked it a lot.

The room was extremely clean, and newly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, including filtered drinking water, hot shower, WiFi, even a washing machine you can use and space on the roof terrace to hang clothes to dry. The location is a local neighbourhood where you see real Indian Village life on the doorstep, lots of food options closeby, and the beach is less than 5 minutes walking.
