Suraj Haveli is an incredible cosy homestay where from the first moment you enter, you feel at home! Situation is great, in the city center in a cul de sac which makes it very quiet. Vikas and Akash are here to help for whatever is needed and the food is great. the view from the 2 story rooftop is a gamechanger! Highly recommended place!

I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing homestay. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in India, this was by far the most enjoyable experience. Prafful and his family were wonderful hosts. They truly understand and value the meaning of hospitality and comfort for guests. If you are looking for a fancy and luxurious place, sure this may not be for you. But if you are looking for a humble, beautiful, calm, peaceful haven in the middle of Jodhpur you are in the right place! It was such a nice chance to be in an oasis of quietness, with the occasional welcoming and friendly chatter of the family living in the quarters downstairs. The building itself is beautiful, carefully decorated with local pieces and lots of green and open spaces. The roof was lovely - especially in the morning and evening. We were sad to not be feeling well enough to try the food as we hear it was excellent. Thank you to Prafful and his family for such an incredible experience. They certainly go out of their way to help you with every need! I can’t recommend this homestay enough.

The hotel is a lovely house with a big terrace on the top that offers spectacular views over Menargah Fortress and the city of Jodhpur. It has a perfect location, just a 5 minutes walk to the Clock Tower. Nearby you’ll find many restaurants, shops, etc. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to anybody who plan to stay in Jodhpur.

This place is clean with great views, and the hosts are absolute gems. They connected me with a fun and knowledgable guide to tour the city for my couple days there. Great food served on the roof terrace, and rooms were nice and clean. The city center can be a bit hectic, so it was nice to walk up the hill to this quiet retreat.❤️

This is an exceptional hotel. The main principle of the owner and manager: do everything for your guests as you would for yourself and it totally shows.     Musa’s homestay is in a great location, with a roof terrace which overlooks the fort , fantastic views .It is within walking distance of the fort and the wonderful blue city . The room was clean and had the most comfortable bed I have slept in , great nights sleep. The three brothers are great hosts , helpful , welcoming and friendly,great hospitality, great food , a perfect stay for us , would definitely stay again.

    What a beautiful family home with a lovely host family. We loved our stay here with a very helpful and knowledgeable host. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the location is great. Walking distance to the stepwell and fort. A delicious home cooked breakfast and they were so kind to prepare an early breakfast for us before getting on the bus. Thanks so much and we felt at home with the family 🙏☺️

    Located within walking distance of the fort (10-15 minutes up a steep but walkable hill). The restaurant is open all day and serves delicious and cheap food as well as beer. It is located near other guesthouses with their own rooftop restaurants if you want different food. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The host family are very welcoming, their son Happiness was who we mainly spoke to and he is quite the cheeky chappy! One of the nicest homestays we've had on our trip.

    We had the absolute best stay at the Haveli homestay and would recommend it to anyone planning on visiting Jodhpur. Our host was incredibly kind and helped us navigate the tricky little streets in the old part of the city from the moment of arrival and also showed us shortcuts for trips around the city during our stay. We had dinner at the Haveli one evening and had the most amazing food. It was really a wonderful experience to stay with locals and learn about the city while enjoying a comfortable stay.
