Just be aware that this is a homestay, where you live like the locals do, which means it's a very different standard compared to western countries. Abbas welcomed me with breakfast and arranged a nice little tour for me for the day. The property is only a short walk away from the temples. The most spacious bathroom I had in India. The dorm was very spacious and the place is only a 10 minute walk from the Western group of temples. Khajuraho is a great place to visit if you want to get out of the cities for a bit and has plenty of nice routes you can take to enjoy the nature and fields.
