The owners are very polite and kind. I had some issues with the sewage in the toilet. The owners solved that immediately. They always picked me up and dropped me off at the shore without any complaints.

Awesome location with perfect space Garden ,parking and Javeed bhai hospitality is top notch. Much better than City centre, best place to relax at evening. : Food in the stay is home prepared food, which is better than most famous restaurants. I highly recommend this place to stay in Kashmir. Sumit

NOT FAKE REVIEW! This is my honest review, my first time traveling abroad, especially Kashmir and Danish as the homestay host helped me in making an evisa and gave me taxi recommendations even below the market price of a taxi (I have researched taxi prices and taxis from Danish are the best), Danish gave extra food portions too. Complete homestay facilities, heaters work, travel advice and very helpful when I need help with small things. The homestay is very clean, there are no animals or disturbing smells, the bathroom is very clean, amenities are very complete, very comfortable and feels homey. Soft blankets, very delicious food! I didn't expect recommendations from Danish would make me really like Indian food. And most importantly, this homestay has a beautiful view of Dal Lake! its really in front of dal lake~ For all that I get, this price is very affordable!

It was a wonderful experience- room was clean and well equipped, food was home cooked and host was exceptional in all sense He arrange local site seeing & airport cab with lowest prices. It didn't feel like we were away from home, Faraz bhai (host) took good care of us like a family member and welcomed us with utmost warmth and hospitality. Rooms for the stay were neat and clean including the washroom, recommended for stay at Srinagar.
