So lucky to have stayed here as host was so helpful & welcoming. Helped book lightshow at the historical prison, booked by ferry tickets to islands & kept my luggage safe while I was on the island s until my rtn. 2nd time to stay here & so happy I did. Loads of advice for great places to visit & catching local buses info provided. Along with all this a very clean room, great wifi & ac plus a fantastic Indian breakfast daily. Highly recommend!

This place is very nice, the view here is very nice, the view from the balcony is amazing and the nature is also very lovely and the room is very neat and clean, you will go there for a walk Then you will get everything from a great shop, food and clothes and the staff here is very hardworking and lives frankly.There is a lot of silence, one feels relaxed about it and its maintenance is very good..There cannot be any place more peaceful than this.. Everything is available here.. After coming here I came to know that Kalapani hostel is a very beautiful and nice place.. And its owner Mr. Rahul Prasad ji He is a very good person..thank you Kalapani Hostel for providing us such good service. ☺️

A very nice homestay and close to the center. Spacious room, equipped with air conditioning, fan, television and even a kettle to make your own tea. Room is very clean. For breakfast you can indicate your preference and it is served in your room. The owner is very nice and speaks good English. He can also arrange all kinds of other things for you (without high commission) such as the ferry to the other islands or a scooter. Excellent price quality ratio. Recommended!

The room size is perfect for one person, but is very clean and cozy. I even had a TV in my room! The location is very central, and traveling alone as a female, I felt safe walking around even after dark to the restaurant and back all alone And of course the owner of the lodge is a gem - very welcoming, chatty and kind lady. Comfy room, nice shower. Owners are very nice people, they were very communicative and helpful. They even made us a little bag with breakfast when we had to leave early for our flight. Highly recommend!
