We had a large room, well equipped, peacefully located but within easy walking distance of all that Panjim has to offer. Owner John and his wife extremely helpful and friendly. They had been fully booked out for a month solid which was no surprise.

The location was very close to the heart of the city, and the beach, once can take a good walk around and not find it crowded by tourists, the place locality is very calm and clean. The room size was big enough for 3 persons. The host is really helpful and makes you feel at home be rest assured. The breakfast arrangement was good. Much happy with the stay- surely I would stay again soon!

I spent a week at Felix's Homestay. Initially, I planned to stay just one day. The homestay is incredibly cozy, with a lovely living room and a balcony. Felix, the owner, is super friendly and welcoming. After my long journey, he kindly offered me a coffee and a buttered bread, which was such a nice gesture. The homestay is close to the beach, making it perfect for peaceful walks, but it's also conveniently located for a quick trip to Panjim. If you enjoy a cozy, quiet atmosphere with a touch of family warmth, this is the perfect place for you. I’d love to come back!

    Very good home stay , calm and peaceful away from noise ,stress ,crowd .In Food the fish curry mainly was truly a memory which I carried.my mom wasn't expecting that nature beauty amidst the beachside. She has planned to visit the place again though .staffs are truly a great support, friendly and kind hearted .

    Deric was a great host, so welcoming and accommodating. We extended our stay and arrived very late because our flight was delayed. Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Deric sat with us at breakfast on our first morning and gave excellent local suggestions! Breakfast was lovely aswell, lots of variety to choose from. A lovely homestay, I would stay here again!
